Let’s be honest. You are here for one reason – you want to get your real estate license. Many moons ago, the only way to study for the real estate exam was through a large phone book-sized textbook. Now studying for the real estate exam is much lighter in weight, you can study using a laptop, tablet, or even a smartphone. Hooray, no more backbreaking textbooks!
Today, information travels at the speed of light, and while that may be great for some things it’s bad for others. Wrong information passes through the cracks and leaves many people confused and struggling to find answers. Within the world of real estate, this remains true. I can guarantee within the last month you’ve tried to Google something and were left with your question unanswered.
In real estate, it’s the same thing, and if you are reading this, you know exactly what I am talking about. When I was trying to find out what exactly puffing was, I could not find a single straight answer. On Google, there are countless real estate articles written with outdated information or information that contradicts another article! This drove me insane, and I am sure you have experienced the same feeling.
Why is there so much wrong information out there? Well, the truth is real estate is a fast-moving industry, and while some industries stay the same throughout the years, real estate is constantly evolving. This leads to older information being passed around and people still believing it’s true.
Luckily there are people like me who have a passion for real estate and a dedication to fixing that.

This blog was created to be an all-in-one stop for all things real estate. Mainly it is a blog that properly defines all the real estate terms and questions you may have for the real estate exam. I want to help you get your real estate license. This blog is directly my fight back to all the misinformation out there. In my research, not only do I find accurate sources, I work with real estate agents, to make sure you are getting the most accurate up-to-date information out there.
