What is free, and what does paid exam prep add?
Our free national practice exam has 100 questions, answer explanations, a score and review, and repeat attempts without an account. Separate free state practice exams, math resources, and vocabulary flashcards are also available. Paid plans add access to a structured prep course and its study materials, videos, quizzes and bonus material for the access period you choose. Select a state plan for that state’s prep; the National Only plan excludes state-specific questions. Neither free practice nor paid prep counts toward required pre-licensing education hours.
