How to study for the Wyoming real estate exam
- Take the practice test without looking up answers. Review missed topics using the linked statute or rule, then explain the requirement in your own words.
- Compare customers, single-agency clients and intermediary relationships. Know when a written agreement is required, how consent works and what information must stay confidential.
- Learn when to provide the written relationship disclosure. Review the preliminary-conversation exception, the acknowledgment of receipt and the procedure when someone refuses to sign.
- Follow earnest money from receipt through deposit, reconciliation and disbursement. Separate client funds from business funds and learn the written-consent exceptions.
- Review transaction documents: prompt delivery of copies, notice of acceptance, initialed changes, signed extensions and record retention.
- Check advertisements for the licensed company name, individual names and misleading statements. Review incorrect answers before restarting the same question bank.
